Safety rules

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets the safety rules for Kiara Spicy. It applies to prompts, uploads, reference images, reference videos, chat messages, voice instructions, generated outputs, published content, account behavior, payment behavior, automation, and attempts to bypass the service.

Kiara Spicy is an adults-only AI creation platform. Adult AI content may be allowed, but only within strict legal, consent, likeness, and safety boundaries.

Adult Content Rules

• All people depicted, referenced, described, or implied in adult or sexual content must be adults and must not appear underage or age-ambiguous.
• Adult content must be lawful where you live and where you access the service.
• Do not create, request, upload, edit, publish, or distribute sexual content involving real people without their consent.
• Do not create content that claims or implies a real person performed sexual acts, appeared nude, endorsed adult content, or consented to intimate imagery when they did not.
• Do not use school, childlike, teen, barely legal, infantilized, underage-coded, or age-ambiguous language, clothing, settings, or themes in sexual or suggestive content.

Strictly Prohibited Content

• Child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or content that sexualizes youth, age ambiguity, or underage-coded subjects.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge porn, hidden camera, leaked private images, sexual extortion, or forced disclosure of private sexual content.
• Rape, coercion, incest involving minors, bestiality, necrophilia, sexual violence, sexual torture, or content eroticizing lack of consent.
• Sexual deepfakes, face swaps, impersonations, or likeness-based adult content of real people without consent.
• Doxxing, stalking, harassment, threats, blackmail, humiliation campaigns, or targeted abuse.
• Illegal goods or services, weapons instructions, terrorism, violent extremism, malware, credential theft, phishing, fraud, scams, money laundering, or evasion of law enforcement.
• Attempts to bypass safety filters, model restrictions, provider rules, rate limits, age gates, authentication, payment checks, content moderation, or backend access controls.

Likeness, Identity, and Consent

You are responsible for having consent and rights before using another person's image, face, voice, body, name, brand, or likeness.

• Do not upload private images of another person unless you have permission and a lawful reason.
• Do not create pornographic, nude, fetish, humiliating, or deceptive content of real people without consent.
• Do not create fake endorsements, political persuasion, medical/financial/legal claims, or identity deception using a real person's likeness.
• Public figures, influencers, creators, performers, and private people are all protected by this rule.

Copyright, Brands, and Third-Party Rights

• Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or platform rights.
• Do not use Kiara Spicy to make counterfeit product images, fake brand campaigns, fake celebrity endorsements, or misleading commercial claims.
• Do not remove watermarks, signatures, or rights-management information to mislead others about authorship.
• You are responsible for licenses, releases, commercial-use rights, and publication rights for your prompts, uploads, references, and outputs.

Platform Abuse

• Do not scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, probe, stress test, resell, or abuse Kiara Spicy without written permission.
• Do not attempt to obtain API keys, workflow ids, node ids, provider urls, admin sessions, user sessions, tokens, private media keys, or backend logs.
• Do not automate mass account creation, fake traffic, payment spam, invoice spam, prompt spam, generation spam, support spam, or abuse of free/beta features.
• Do not bypass credit debits, abuse refunds, manipulate webhooks, dispute valid payments, or use stolen payment methods.
• Do not upload malware, tracking payloads, hostile files, illegal files, or content intended to attack browsers, storage, providers, or operators.

Provider Rules

AI model, workflow, voice, search, hosting, auth, and payment providers may apply their own acceptable-use and safety rules. A request may be blocked or filtered by Kiara Spicy, by a provider, or by both.

Trying to route around provider limits or trick the service into prohibited content is a Terms violation even if the attempt fails.

Enforcement

• We may warn, rate-limit, block, remove content, refund credits, deny refunds, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report serious abuse.
• We may review prompts, uploads, outputs, logs, payment records, and tool activity when needed for safety, fraud, legal compliance, or service integrity.
• We may cooperate with law enforcement, child-safety organizations, payment processors, rights holders, providers, or regulators when legally required or when we believe serious harm may occur.

Reporting Abuse

Report child-safety concerns, non-consensual intimate content, impersonation, copyright issues, privacy issues, fraud, or safety abuse to kacinka74@gmail.com.

Include the URL, generation id, account information if known, a clear description of the issue, and any proof of ownership, identity, consent, or rights that supports your report.
